What if I received my order damaged?
Please contact me directly using my contact tab within 10 business days. You will be required to provide proof of damage to determine eligibility for a new item. I do not offer refunds.
How come my items do not look identical?
Each item is handmade and carefully crafted. This can come down to the very placement of flowers or how much glitter or shimmer I add. While matching products such as earrings will have the same theme and look they will not look exactly the same every time. Every item produced looks slightly different due to the handmade nature of it.
What if I want something that is out of stock?
I do restock items often, plese check out the restocking alerts when you subscribe. However, you are more than welcome to contact me directly through my contact tab at any time and let me know what item you are interesting in so I can work on it and get it back in stock for you. A custom item can always be placed.
What can I customize?
ANYTHING!! I am very happy to work with you on anything you might be interested in involving resin. There are endless possibilities. I am able to customize items already in the store and items I already make. I am also happy to work on getting new molds for items you may want. Shipping times vary, as well as pricing. Please contact me directly.
Do I have a physical shop?
No. Currently all sales are virtual. I ship everything using USPS. I do attend pop ups, shows and festivals. Check out my social media for more details.
Due to the love, effort and time I put into each and every piece I make I do not accept cancelations, returns or exchanges . This applies to customer orders as well. If an order arrives to you damaged please contact me within 10 business days of receiving the package. Please provide proof of damage to determine if you are eligible for a new item. Please contact me with any questions you have in advance before placing an order.
Orders placed through the shop directly will be processed within 1-2 business days as these items are made and in stock. This means the item will ship within this timeframe. You will be updated with a tracking number. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and does take about 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please contact me with any questions about shipping. If you need your order sooner, please contact me directly, You will be asked to cover any additional fees should that apply.
Please contact me directly for custom orders. Keep in mind that prices will vary and are not reflected in the prices that are posted online for items that are already made. Prices may be higher than normal stock items. Price is determined by design, and what type of product you would like me to create for you. Please contact me to start your custom order. Shipping times vary on custom orders depending heavily on what you require. You will be updated with the ETAs. Please let me know in advance if you have any questions.
